When she called the police the police, the police arrested my me for the planned activity and looted 30 thousand so that they do not keep me in jail for a night under 107/151. Q: Can I add additional points during the appeal to the Supreme Court?
I filed a writ petition in the Delhi High Court for promotion through LDCE. After the first hearing, the petition disposed of due to the not-mentioned required points in my writ petition by the Advocate. Now I want to go with another advocate to appeal that petition to the Supreme Court. In this regard, do I need to get a NOC from my previous advocate? And can I add additional argue points that were not mentioned in the petition? Please help me.
