My statement is pending and the guy is giving threatening to withdraw

I m being tortured everyday and night as the guy has again refused to marry me coming out of jail and he is threatening me to suicide

As per the above mentioned I guess your 164 statement is pending secondly have you objected the bail prayer or you have given no objection certificate. Thirdly what relief you want? and you must inform the concerned police station/Magistrate about threatning

file complaint against the guy contact to local police ,will take action soon at what charges the guys in behind the Bar, in your question you mention that he is come out from jail and threatening you ,
