As per the above mentioned I guess your 164 statement is pendingsecondly have you objected the bail prayer or you have given no objection certificate.Thirdly what relief you want?and you must inform the concerned police station/Magistrate about threatning

Q: Domestic violence and threat to life

I am a 16 years old girl and I am suffering from regular domestic violence. My father is a characterless creep who will click my pictures and distribute among his friends and my mother is having multiple affairs. They moved me when i was child to my grandparents where an uncle tried to abuse me. There are multiple cases which I can't illustrate hereNow when i wanted to get help and even tried to get out of this hell, they try to control me and even even physically torture, lock me and even stop my access to internet and calls so that I can’t call the police or the child helpline number. In this regard please help me with the following questions:nCan i stay alone while claiming maintenance from them nIs there any way to make sure they or any of their known people don't try to harass me.If I stay in a government house can i use internet to complete my studies through distance education or any nearby collegesnAfter I turn 18, how soon can I leave such a government home

you may file a Domestic Violence case and ask all the reliefs under that act. you may also file for maintenance and a criminal case for distribution of your picture.yes you can stay in shelter home and continue your study

सर जी नमस्ते, मुझ पर मेरी GF ने रेप केस फाइल कराई है जो इस प्रकार से है की 4 साल पहले जब वह नाबालिक थी तब उसके साथ शादी का झांसा देकर बलात्कार किया गया था व किसी को बताने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दिया था । आज FIR इसलिए कर रही है क्योंकि अभियुक्त ने उसे जबरदस्ती शादी करूंगा कहते हुए उसने अपने घर ले गया। इससे पुलिस वालो ने पोक्सो 6 ipc 376,323,506 जैसे धारा लगा कर मुझे जेल भेज दिया गया था मैं अभी bail पे हूं और जल्द ही मेरे case का फैसला होने वाला हैं क्या करूं ???

sab se pehle Ap ye dekhiye ki ap convict ho rhe ya Acqittal ho raha hai kyu ki Aap ko us hisab se tayari karni padegi or iska pata lagana apke evidence se hi ho payega ki kisne kya kya statement diye hai
