Q: murder case 302 can we get bail in this
my brother has been arrested in murder case in 2020 he is in prison from last 4.5yrs.. But he has not done that murder even don't have proper avidence againest him.. If we apply for a bail can we get the bail... and how many days it me take to get him out in bail.. He has already spended his 4.5yrs without doing any crime.. please le me know how to bring him out of the prison
