My sister in law has filed 498A/406/34 cases against my family.

Her gold is mortgaged under my documents. Though she has not filed a case against me yet but anytime soon she can. What precautions can i take as i gave my docs to help my brother and her to get the loan but now she can file a false case against me as well .
You need to counter 498a ,406, 34, plus obtain anticipatory bail, no arrest will be done, comply 41a notice mandatorily with a lawyer, it will help you all to get bail easily, she can file domestic violence case and maintenance cases to harass all of further

you can take back the document from person or bank where you or your friend or relative has given such documents for getting gold loan and your sister in law can file a false case under section 498 a 406 IPC against the husband and other in laws stating false allegations so it is best option to take back your documents from your brother
