Hi Sir, MamnnMy sister husband has done some domestic voilance. And there is a fracture in my sister husband. Now we want to do treatment and latter we need to decide whether FIR to be filed against her husband or not.For now how should i go for treatment...please suggest. Today is sunday as well

go hospital make checkup police will come and take her statements you must do FIR so that she cab be safe for further and keep all the record of medical feel free to contact and save your sister's life

Hello, I had read your problem and got to the result that you should file an FIR against your brother in law because he is physically torturing her. you should file a case in Indian Peanal Code and Prohibition of Domestic Violence Against Women Act.
