My relationship with my ex ended in 2020 due to various reasons. After that I asked him a number of times not to contact me, but he has continuously done that through various social media platforms and SMS texts with multiple phone numbers. Firstly, I had told him not to contact me and secondly even if he did and I responded, he always brought the conversation to go sexual. Now he is charged with 354A/354D/506/509 IPC. But he's defending himself it was consensual and I was threatening him.

screenshot all the conversations you had with him. in case of whatsapp first delete his no. and then take screen shot as we can prove the number is his. for that use true caller and screen shot his number. contact s s law offices by searching Google
