My parents live in Distt Bhind , where 10-15 men (will be named later on) came and argued over land boundaries I just want to file FIR at my place (Bhopal) as I am serving soldiers because I can't go bhind due to service reasons. To get the justice done, will it be feasible that I can file an FIR here at Bhopal.

You cannot file an FIR in Bhopal because Bhind is out of Bhopal's jurisdiction, your parents have to file an FIR in the police station under section 294,327,506 r/w section 34 of Indian Penal Code. FIR can be filed by the aggrieved person or the person that is present on the place at the time of incident because FIR requires the complete details of the incidence with time and other details if any detail is missing then the case will be denied and the culprits will be set free to do another crime

Hello, Although one can file the FIR at a police station other than the original jurisdiction police station, this type of FIR is known as zero FIR but eventually this FIR gets transferred to the jurisdiction police station, so in your case even if you file/register the FIR in Bhopal PS then also the case will be tried in Bhind Magistrate court only. So I would not suggest you file the FIR in Bhopal PS.
