My mother in law took away all my jewels and pawned it in some persons name. I lodged a complaint against her but no action was taken. I'm married for nearly 19 years. How do I get my jewels back

I can help you with the case. Firstly, you have to file a injunction suit in the civil court at Chennai for return of the jewels. Secondly, you have to file a direction petition under section 156(3) of the criminal procedure code before the magistrate court for getting directions to register FIR against your mother in law
