My husband is on remand in a criminal case where he has committed no crime.The husband had no role in this case. The husband's friends are involved in this case. That is why my husband was deliberately arrested.143, 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 364A and 307 r/w 149 have been imposed. Now even after 2 months the bail has not been received. The husband had no part in the wrong done by his friends. I have a 2 month old baby girl and no one to help us. nHaving said all this, is there any benefit in filing a complaint with the Women's Commission and the Human Rights Commission? Or file a complaint elsewhere? what to do

From the sections it appears that your Husband's friends kidnapped a person and brutally attacked him to such an extent that would have caused his death. Now we don't know how much your husband is involved in this case. You need to find out whether police had purposely trapped your husband. For that I need to see the FIR and Charge sheet if filed. If you have no means to support yourself you may seek the help of Women's commission or Human rights commission. No purpose will be served in approaching this commissions for getting bail for your husband, because bail is granted by court and for that you need to find a good advocate to present your case before the court. sec 149 is incorporated. so you can't able to take a defence that I am not involved in this case and I am not participated the wrong committed by my friends because section 149 equal participation attract. I don't know which court was dismis your bare application. you are remedy is to approach the High court and file fresh beer application before the honorable high court of Kerala you have any legal doubts please contact our office
