My hindu boyfriend and his family backout from his word's of marriage

my hindu boyfriend and i (muslim) meet his family in August 2024, they told me that they have no objection in our marriage. in late January my boyfriend told me that i have only 3 months to get permission from my parents otherwise they arranged a marriage of my boyfriend with another girl. till then i tried to conceive him and his family but they didn't listen to me even my boyfriend gets intimate with me in march before 10 i constantly says no to him but he manipulates me.

If you planning take some strict action for this then You can immediately file a complaint before the nearest police station of yours against your boyfriend for false promise to marriage and rape. But before that you need to make up your mind before filing the complaint. Because once you file the the police will arrest your boyfriend.

if the Hindu boy has remarked that within 3 months you may take permission from parents but he backs out that is breach of contract under the indian contract act see sections actionable under a court of law

if both are consented then it is not an offense and if both of you want to marry then no one can stop you and if he don't want to marry with you and misleading you then you can take legal action against him and more detail you can contact then many more information can be provided to yoh in this regard.
