My girlfriend's Husband is harassing me?

I had an affair with a married woman and her husband found out about us, he came to my house revealed everything to my parents amd neighbours used vulgar language embarassed me and my family infront of everyone, what kind of legal action can I take against him?

You can file an FIR in your police station under section 323,294,506 of Indian Penal Code but first you should know that having an affair with a married woman is Adultery and he can also take legal against you.

Hello, You could take all the legal actions which are available to any other person. Go to your police station and file an FIR against him for abusing and threatening you. Having an affair with a married woman is not a crime anymore, and certainly it doesn't give any right to the husband to abuse you. Go and file the complaint.
