My girlfriend put case of 376, it 66 67

we was in relationship for 7 years we was going to marriage in 2017, I have done almost arrangements, but few days before she break the marriage, after few days she again started saying let's get marriage, when I say I don't have money she started harassing me. She use to send me her nude pic, many times I try to call her family to inform for her this kind of behavior, but they dont response, so I put that same on status by selecting there 3 family members, and next day they filled case on me.

Well, you have to hire an expert Criminal Lawyer to defend you. Otherwise, you can be charged for the stringent charge of disrespecting the modesty of a woman, which is punishable under IPC and IT Act, 2000.

1stly it's 376(2)N false promise of marriage it's very serious so first try to get anticipatory bail in court of session There is a 70% possibility that your anticipatory bail is rejected by session court but highcourt will grant you escape from your place and turn out all electronic devices nearby and talk to any lawyer as early as possible
