My gf book false case on me for harassing her and having forcelly sex

In six years of relationship we were in physical relationship for six years I never committed for marriage she had book me for ipc 376,417,420 in statement she wrote I had blackmailed her and I have done forcefull sex with her it was false statement please guide me to get out this situation please me and family are suffering alot please help me out

hi you could file quash petition in high court stating that the FIR is based on all false allegations and that the sex is consesunal one and that there is no case of forced one and whether you have received any notice from the police in this matter
