My friend eloped with his girlfriend and the parents of the girl filed FIR of kidnapping (366 IPC) against the boy and me as I helped him...then we took anticipatory bail......and the girl aslo given statement to police that she has come willingly and they aslo did registery marriage.....case was filed in Assam as the is from Assam and my friend and me is from West Bengal... and now both the family of my friend and his girlfriend's is not showing any interest towards the case , they are saying let the it be the way it is....so what should I do as I recently got job and police verification is not done yet .....the case is in Assam but I am from West Bengal..will it create any problem during police verification...... Thank you so much in advance for answering my query.

dear client as per your query since the complaint don't want to drag the case you can apply for quashing of the case in High court has the chargesheet. been filled you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees..

you must get acquited from the case.i don't think what is the stage of the case? if the parents don't show up in the case and the case gets dismissed that is the only way. try connecting to some advocate in assam
