Plz let me know in detail about ur case in ,we will get an FIR registered and get investigation conducted if necessary will file writ in High court and ask for direction for conducting investigation by some agency . Contact me

Calm down and take below mentioned steps. Collect every possible evidence if there is any, which could prove the culprits guilty. Approach the local police. Try to meet the SHO and tell him the incident. If the local police don't listen, file a written complaint to the magistrate or to the SP of your city.
