My ex is blackmailing me and forcing me for marriage

We had a relationship of one year, had a physical relation with her non of us have forced each other for have sex. . . But today after six months of being apart she is saying that marry me or I will file a complaint, I never said her to have sex on terms of marriage... . . What can I do ..?

Well, do not worry then, as she needs to prove in court, that, she had consented for sex on the promise of Marriage, Brother. If she will not be able to prove that, you will go scot free. However, if she would have consented for sex on promise of marriage, then you have to show to the court exceptional circumstances which made your marriage impossible with her to go scot free.

hi in this case if you get intimated by police regarding complaint then you can apply for anticipatory bail application probably she will move criminal complaint to force you to marry her take help of lawyer to know your rights

Start collecting evidences by talking/ chating with her. If any other evidence in the form of witness/cctv footage collect that thing as well. Tell her that confused and unable to decide further during this.
