My ex-girlfriend and I have been classmates since 8th grade, We were in living relationship for three years. I used to live in their house for 5 years along with her sister and mother. Her father used to work abroad, and he didn't know that I was living with them.I've connected with her emotionally, and recently she got engaged to another guy. She filed an FIR under 354d,506 claiming me as brother and we were never in relationship. Can I file case on her for cheating me fr MRG and 15 Lakh rupees

hi you could file quash petition in court stating that all such acts are done kn consensusal basis and that there is no violation of rights or sexual exploitation and all the allegations mentioned are false and baseless

yes you an file a case if monetary gains are involved and you have a substantial proof to support your cause. Also, the same will help you protect from the case filed against under 354 n 506 and the same can also be quashed in the High Court..
