My elder brother's wife filed case u/s 498a,323,504,506 on july 2018 charge sheet was submitted on m

My elder brother's wife filed case u/s 498a,323,504,506 on july 2018 charge sheet was submitted on march 2019 now on the FIR and charge sheet allegations against me are as. "प्रार्थिनी का देवर आये दिन धमकी देता था कि अगर इस घर में रहना है तो और पैसे लेकर आओ"। My question is that is there any possibility for quashing my name from charge sheet as we were living at flat in ghaziabad and flat was owned by my father so how can i ask her to leave the home and all. I am preparing for govt. Job that is why i want my name to be quashed from charge sheet. Also brother of my sister in law along with 5 gundas attacked on me at my home on 18.5.2018 and broken my vehicle as evidence i have my medical, 151 crpc challan of sister in law's brother, insurance claim and vehicle repair papers, and a case is under investigation by police u/s 352, 323, 504, 506 ipc against sister in laws brother and 3 others.

Dear client, I have seen your query carefully and found that you want to quashing charge sheet filed by the police after investigation against your family members and you. if you want to quashing Charge Sheet then you have to file a writ petition for quashing of charge sheet before the concerned high court. but in my opinion and previous experience the high court will not interfere in it and likely to pass order to file an application before the concerned criminal court only. in my opinion it is better to consult along with all the relevant documents with me then I can able to give you proper advice and suggestion. so please call me. you can get my contract number from the administrator of this website
