15-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My dad's friends son in law approached my late mother who was bedridden to buy a property of us which was already in family dispute. However he offered a price of 55 lakhs. He mentioned he will buy a house instead of giving a cash of 55 lakhsBut he told he will first deposit the money in my parents joint bank account and told us to return the money as he will be investing the money to buy a house as promised and also took all our signature as we have received a sum off 55 lakhs though he took back the money from usNow he is claiming our property in the court with all these documents where we have signed. My mom went through lot of stress because of cheating even before they passed away they filed a complaint for getting cheated and was ready to go to police station in ambulance but we didn't get any proper response on the complaintHe has been abusing us whenever we ask him to return our signed papers and cancel those fake bank transactions. Please help.
