Hi As I have given an advance of Rs. 50000/_ for filing a petition at supreme Court. But advocate has not filed and simply he kept all our documents and money. But not filed even after a month. When I ask for refund. He denying to refund. Now he is blackmailing me... What is the solution for this? Even after calling many times he won't pick up our calls . He is blackmailing us and he says himself as court officer and he will look in to us if we visit his office. And also he says that he is supreme court lawyer. Received 50000 as advance. Simply he kept our documents for one month. But did not do anything he has not refunded our 50000/_

Appartment is registered in both husband and wife name. Need to remove wife name from share/property registration. What is to be done?

To remove your wife as a co-owner from the house title you have to execute a release deed or relinquishment deed in your favour with your wife's consent. This will make you the absolute owner of the property.

I’ve known a girl from 3 years. Initially became good friends and shared emotions. Despite having no sexual relationship with her, now she is threatening me that she’ll take legal actions if I don’t marry her. I recently found out about her bad & unacceptable actions she did in the past, so I decided to move out of the relationship. Now I’m being threatened.

The property is divided among the brothers leaving the daughter, as the family has given her many privileges and gold, but she is trying to claim the property. After how many years of property division among brothers will she have the right to claim it?

As the daughters have the right to property, she can claim the property. But there are certain limitations such as she has to claim the property in a time limit of around 12years. If it exceeds the time limit but is supported with a valid reason, the court may accept and process the request of such.

Sir actually we are going to purchase a a property by a person called SHAM ,nSHAM got the property from his father LAKSHMAN by Settlement Deed paper( registered) in 2000 year LAKSHMAN ( SHAM FATHER ) purchased property in 1971 , Lakshman has 6 daughters along with one son ( SHAM) nnMy question is do we need to take signature of 6 sister of SHAM during registration? Does the 6 sisters have any rights in property?nnProperty transfer mode nFather ( Lakshman) to son (sham ) by Settlement Deed

First thing, you should make sure the reason why it is a settlement deed but not a gift deed.The problem may arise in future so it is safer to take signatures from all sisters on the papers and it is better for you to scrutinize all papers and documents by a lawyer.

We have 1.22 acre agriculture land. Someone asking land for commercial usage on monthly rent basis for 10 years. He is saying that that agriculture land will be conversion by him and then will use land for hotel use.
