My brother is guilty ro murder and it's been 5 years for jail to him. nAccording to mumbai rules 2016 he is not applicable for regular parole and only for emergency parolenHow can he get parole ? Is there any solution to this?

Well, if the Jailer is not giving Parole, then We have to file a case in Court to seek Parole for your Brother. We can cite several Judgements of HC & SC to the Court for seeking Payrole of your Brother.

Hello, you need to file a writ petition before Bombay high court for the purpose of getting parole on the grounds for which your brother is eligible for release on these conditions and expenses for escorting by police to him has to be incurred by your family. Also, you have to make an application for parole to Jailer or superintendent of police if he is from rural area.
