My brother is accused of 420 case

My brother is accused of 420 section case for running unregistered chit funds and cheated with money. But actually my father running chit funds and soon after my father's death compliant chit sent money to brother bank account and case filed with false statements and investigation from police, we have clear WhatsApp messages and video of the compliant spoke about his chit with my father accepting. Yet the case have no proceedings in and can not submit the evidence. Need to quash the case.

To which police station the case was filed in and when was it filed. What is the stage of the case at present. You can proceed with the quash if you have supporting documents. You can reach Utt to us if you have any further Query

Dear Sir, It seems you have a good case to get quash of FIR which was falsely registered against your brother since your father is no more. You may get WhatsApp messages and approach High Court for quashing otherwise your brother has to face the trial for 4-5 years and there is every possibility of conviction.
