My boyfriend made physical relationship with me and later denying. One day he told me that his father will kill him and not allow him to marry me So I told him that even I want to complete my studies and then want to marry you but I'll tell my family that I will marry you and later will deny as his father will kill him on my family approach. It was all decided but what he did was he took the screenshot of the chat according to his convenience and has deleted his account also of Instagram.

In your case I don't think there was any kind of threat from your boyfriend's father to kill him if he wishes to marry you. He's just manipulating you and taking screenshots signifies that he's just trying to collect evidence in case you go for filing of a FIR under section 376 IPC. you can file a complaint against him in your nearest police station. whatever proof you have you can show them. you can file a case against him that he promised you to marry and now he is denying and he made a physical relationship with you and you gave your consent because he made a promise of marrying you..

Your boyfriend is guilty of the offence of rape punishable under Sec. 376, IPC. As far as deleting his Instagram profile is concerned, the chats therein will be recovered by the forensics science laboratory. You may consult me in that regard.
