(I will write this in hindi for better understanding ) Hamari building 4 floors ki hai south delhi mein , basement se lekar 1st floor hamara hai ,2nd and 3rd floor hamne sell kia tha through builder , 3rd floor ek lady ka hai Age 41-47 , single lady , uska koi husband ya fir child ni hai , par uske saath ek aadmi rehta hai unknown , wo sabko pareshan karta hai building mein unnecessary, uss aadmi ka ghar kahi aur hai malviya nagar mein wo married hai aur us bachche bhi hai..ham kya karsakte hai?

we can file a criminal case against that person as he is creating nuisance in the building as he is unknown he is also trespassing. we can throw him out easily through a criminal case under section 441ipc and 442 ipc

One day he told me that his father will kill him and not allow him to marry me So I told him that even I want to complete my studies and then want to marry you but I\'ll tell my family that I will marry you and later will deny as his father will kill him on my family approach. It was all decided but what he did was he took the screenshot of the chat according to his convenience and has deleted his account also of Instagram.

you are very well within your right to file a criminal case against your boyfriend as he took advantage of you by having sexual intercourse with you on the pretext of marriage and later denied the same.

Q: Caught by police officers while drinking in public.

I was drinking with my friends in public and was caught by the police. The police took copies of our aadhaar and license. We were 4 friends and 2 of our friends were tested, with alcohol content being 0mg and 5mg respectively. The police took our signatures and told us that we will soon hear from court. How will I know that what date I have to go. Will I receive a physical notice or will I get a call from the court. Need help.

you will receive a notice from the court via post. it is better to get a lawyer at hand at that very moment. don't worry they can only fine you for that but it is better to have a lawyer with you before you enter the court premises.
