hello client, I have seen your query carefully and found that your boyfriend is well educated and professional person. He has taken advantages of your innocence and fulfill his sexual need with the false assurance of doing marriage with you. Now at present a new section/ provision includes in Bhatriya Nyay Sahita ( BNS) section 69 to deal with this particular kind of issues. you can file a police complaint against your boyfriend. if you want to consult with me please call me without any hesitation through the admistrator of this website

yeh matter IPC Section 376 (false promise to marry), 417 (cheating), aur emotional harassment ke ambit mein aa sakta hai. Agar sambandh sirf shaadi ka jhootha vaada kar ke banaye gaye hon, toh SC ke kayi judgments ke mutabik FIR darj karayi ja sakti hai. Aapke paas agar chats, calls, ya aur praman hain, toh turant ek mahila thana ya jurisdiction ke PS mein likhit shikayat dein. Court ke madhyam se bhi 156(3) CrPC mein FIR ki maang ki ja sakti hai.

I am sorry that at this has happened with you. Considering the nature of allegations, it seems that there may be an element of criminality involved here. If sexual relations were made between both of you, on the pretext of false promise of marriage made by the boyfriend then there may be a criminal act here. However, relationship going sour itself does not give rise to criminality. In case you need any legal help, please contact, thanks.
