My boyfriend and I am in relationship of 10 years. 1 year before he came to my house for marriage proposal and my whole family is ready now every one in my neighbor knows it well. He came to my room many times even in hotels he married secretly in a room where we both are present. Than we have physical relation now as he promised he will marry me infront of all. He and his mom talked me nicely but now he is saying his family don't allow to marry us they said if he marry me they will die. I have lots of photograph where I have put sindoor with him but know he is not marrying me and cheated me what can I do. Though he is central govt employee he is doing it.

File an FIR against him under relevant provisions of law also 406 criminal breach of trust . If the police does not then a complaint case can be filled in court against him. As he is a govt employee send a written complaint to hid superiors about his act and conduct towards u. Contact me for any help.

you can either go to a family court all the photographs of you wearing sindoor and ask for maintenance under section 125 Criminal Procedure Code and also you can go to the session court and file complaint against your husband and his family for dowry torture under section 498 Indian Penal Code
