My bank statements shared by banker to my wife(third party)

My Bank statements shared by banker to my wife without my consent & bank had give me in written that "Bank completed the investigation based on ur complaint. Statements were shared to ur spouse. The official who did this act was not associated with bank so we can't do anything & the case details shared with internal ombudsman team & according to ombudsman the reply in order with no further action required." Please help me how i proceed to complaint legally under which section. Matrimony disputes

Dear Client, It's unbelievable, and I can't understand how the bank allowed to provide. It's only possible that the court had directed to Bank about that so better you should file a complaint against bank .

you have not mention here as to whether your wife had a joint account or separate account if you feel that you have been cheated upon or any short of concealment of facts or falsehood has been committed upon you you have the liberty to send the notice bank will be culpable to respond to your notice to reasonable notice 15 days and subsequently we shall procedural to file a petition in the concerned court have in jurisdiction

it is very irrelevant statement of the bank that official who did this act was not associated with the bank so they cannot do anything. statement of ombudsman is very surprising reply in order with no further action required. story is still incomplete and some facts are not cleared. suitable answer can be given after going through the documentary evidence are discussion.
