My bail bond is cancelled and issued NBW against me one year back

My bail bond is cancelled and issued NBW against me one year back. My advocate saying nothing will happen and i will take care. Actually i filed Quash application in High Court. My Advocate is trying to get stay. Will police arrest and send me remand?

1. the police have all the powers to arrest the person if the bail bond gets cancelled. 2. until the Advocate stays in the High court the parties must be very careful. 3. the quash application is a lengthy process but you can file for stay application.

Dear Sir, Normally, if you surrender before the Court and apply for regular bail it will be accepted and you will be released on bail by recalling NBW. Your Advocate must be in good terms with Public Prosecutor. Otherwise, you can stay the proceedings before the Trial Court and also get recall NBW from the High Court by filing interim application in the same pending Quashing petition.
