Mutual fir quashing in hc delhi

What is the fir ture translation? Can I make it without advocate? If not then where I can get it my self? What will be the price it charge if I get it some one? Or can I file pitition without advocate?

If you want to file any petition before high court without advocate when you have the knowledge about the same hence you can file otherwise you need advocate for high court to filling the petition if you need any help from me then you can contact us

Quashing of case depends on the facts and circumstances. Multiple factors are taken in view for quashing of FIR. For instance, the stage of trial. Also, if the case is grave in nature, generally the high courts don't quash the case.

Well if you go with a lawyer then it would be much more of a smooth process and he can deal with judge query and preparing a detailed petition alongwith precedents . Since its a high court I suggest going with a lawyer

If you wish to apply for the quashing petition then you will need true typed as well as it's true translated copy to be attached with the petition. And you obviously need an advocate that will be able to represent you in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes, you can file as person in petition for quashing of FIR by mutual consent. Since, I presume it to be your first such instance , it would be little cumbersome, time consuming for you, but you can do and lot of people do it. Further , since you are from non legal background, you must must work upon case law and judicial precedent. true translation is just literal translation in English, which is the language of Hon'ble High Court. Fee depends upon the fact of your case which varies from one advocate to another.
