Murder but it’s accidentally happened not intentionally

One of my friend and other person fight each other and in fighting it’s accidentally one person dead... then what happened with other person... bcoz his death is accidentally not murdered?
Also can we apply for a bail after 14 days in jail.
hello client as per discription of ur case here. it seems that you friend is in big problem right now. as per ur discrition of the case given by you is not murder is right . but the case is of accidental death in fight . ur needs to be proved in the court then only it is possible to get murder charges droped it is possible but it can only be possible if you have a good criminal advocate on ur side
