Mpid 420 506 same time session& grahak munch I have a company named as humlog pvt Ltd in that company some agents have rushed money in a illegal way and they fired case against me even I am not a part of rush. Because I am chief Managing Director of the company that's why I got stuck nad that case has divided in session court first and then that same case was also gone to grhak manch both same equally same cases are running simultaneously ghrak munch has even punished me with 4years6months of imprisonment without knowing the actual truth and without any proof and I even got jailed because I don't have that much money but still in session and grhakmuch the case was start and running so please consult me and advice me my following question 1) how many court can filed and judged a single same case 2) grhak munch have given one year imprisonment on ever single person who worked in company but there were total 1000 of workers so will they give 1000years of prisionment to me or session court

very shocking story - why you have not taken any legal help from any good and honest Advocate to fight your case ?? how you were falsely implicated in this case - revenge by someone ot some other reason ?? I can help you !

Dear sir firstly you need to consult with any gud lawyer your case paper then accordingly he will consult you , and I would also like to tell you that consumer case is different case and criminal case is different once we see the documents and accordingly will tell you
