Money taken in the name of admission in medical college

A medical counsellor from Nanak edutech counsellor called me guaranteeing me admission in state quota of medical college. He failed to do so and said that he would refund the advance money of 1.5 lakh rupeees that I paid him via NEFT to his bank account. Now he is not picking up my calls or replies textI have his bank account number, his branch ifsc codenHis mobile numbers nAnd voice recordings saying he will return the money and the messages on whatsappnnWhat should I do in this situation?

First, Kindly inform the authorities of the institution and second file a Complaint against the fraud with your Local Police Station and thereafter you could approach the Court for legal and appropriate remedies

dear client as per your query since the medical counsellor took bribe for admission but as he said will return the amount if unable to do the admission but didn't return so you can take action against him you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees..
