Q: Challenge against arbitrator award

Consumer case filed by me at national commission. After a year promoter filed a case against me before ARBITRATOR . Last month on one issue arbitrator awarded in favour of promoter but rejected other issues which r related with our claim at National commission.

The arbitration award can be challenged before Hon'ble Court under the relevant Act .It is important to keep the limitations in place and approach with the relevant Grievances. Please approach with your papers before an Advocate for redressal before Hon'ble Court

If you have written applications and they have not been answered your remedy will be different whereas if you haven't applied please do so at the earliest Which department are you claiming it from and elaborate the reason for rejection in the case you have received a negative response from such department

Q: Stay order on Transfer Order for Govt Service

Hello, I have been employed at a Central Government organization for past 30 years and have been transferred multiple times and I've accepted all the transfers given to me with due diligence. Now I'm aged 57 years 6 months and have been again given a transfer order to A place with minimal medical facilities for a heart patient with severe heart illness and without continuous observation may lead to heart attack,Where I'm getting transferred is a rural area,Please help how can I stop my transfer.

You can approach the Honble courts of Law and Justice with your grievances , I would recommend you elaborate more on the department and type of Job you are assigned into . It is preferred that you approach with a Writ in the event that nothing alternative is left

Q: I want divorce but my wife doesn't

I am 37 yr old male. My wife and I don't get along since years now. We have a child of 7 yrs ..I want divorce but she does not want. She wants to continue like this mentally torturing me . Please guide

What kind of torture are you referring to ? Physical mental Social or any other way please clarify , unless there are strong grounds in case of husband it will be difficult for you to obtain relief.First of all you need to jot down the date , the step taken for instances when you felt wronged and then approach the Learned Court for relief

Q: Grandmother property .. Maternal Aunty not giving property paper

My name is Sri. My grandmother and Maternal uncle did a contract for the property but as a grand daughter from my mothers side my aunty wont let me see any paper and giving me threats regarding the property along with the witness who signed tbe contract . You shall have to approach the Learned Civil Court for remedy and pray for declaration in the jurisdiction where the property is situated. You shall have to produce relevant documents that indicate your inheritance through birth or otherwise
