1. Nearest Police Station / Mahila Thana me FIR darj karwayein (written complaint ke sath).
2. FIR na likhe to SP/SSP ko complaint dein ya Magistrate me application (CrPC/BNSS provisions) file karke FIR ke orders liye ja sakte hain.
3. Medical examination (Govt hospital) karwana bahut important hota hai.
4. WhatsApp chats/calls, photos, location, witness, hotel entry etc. digital evidence preserve karein.
5. Investigation ke baad police evidence ke basis par chargesheet file karti hai— kisi bhi advocate/agent ke through chargesheet “lagwana” ya paise dekar karwana illegal hai.
