Hi am srinivas stay at bangalore my uncle and brother hit mr on 23rd jan 2023 called to 100 police came blood was bleeding at my forehead nnPolice informed me to go to kc general hospital MLC was done nnAfter that police convinced me didnot file any FIR against my brother and uncile is their any chance still i can file case nnMy mobile number :9449278386

yes you can go and tell the police to register the fir, if they refuse you can file a complaint to commissioner of police who will inturn ask the concerned police station to register the complaint, if still nothing works you can directly file a complaint in court but for that you may require assistance of lawyer and you may require to engage a lawyer.
