a case of 307 in IPC comes under major sections of crime if you are very sure that your husband has not committed any crime then at the earliest stage you would have move High Court for quashing FIR but now anyways the situation has gone to bail then certainly you should be very cautious and a better advice can be given only after having a clear View of all the papers ..!

aapke patil ke upar 307 ka charge laga hai. aapne agar bail ke liye application file ki thi to kya woh reject ho gayee? yadi aisa hai to aap 2sri bail application laga skti hain. mjhe order dekhna padega kya hai usmein.
