Sir, mera name surjeet hai. Mere sath maar pheeth ki gayi, or un logo ne, mere against fir kar di. Or sath me mere chote bhai ke khilaf bhi fir kar di, jab jagda hua tab vo tha nahi, lekin phir bhi un logo ne name likha diya, sir vo padta 10th me h. Un logo ne jutha name likha diya. Please help me

Aap turant bail ke liye apply kare aur agar hosakta hai to anticipatory file kare high court me agar arrest nahi hua hai to .482 file kar ke aap FIR cancel bhi karwane ke avedan De sakte hai high court me aur agar jhootha case banaya hai police ne aap ke brother par to writ bhi file karsakte hai high court me.

आपके भाई का नाम गलत लिखाया है तो आप सभी दस्तावेजो को इकठ्ठा करके उच्च न्यायालय में आवेदन लगाए ओर झूठे मुकदमे को खत्म करवाये , व आपके साथ जो घटना हुई है उसकी शिकायत पुलिस के बड़े अधिकारियों को करे यदि वो भी नही सुनते है तो आप 156 मे कोर्ट में परिवाद दायर कर सकते है
