Sir ladke ne pehle meri mang bhari fir bola hum shadi kar lenge aur physical relation banaye ghr me mummy se bat kar lunga bolta raha mere pass uske ye sab whatsApp chat hai jisme ye sab bate kiya hai sir aapse puchna tha ki FIR quashing ho jaygi ya nahi mujhe isme quashing ko rokna hai kya karu main

aapke sath jo hua hai usse jhoota ashwasan dekar galat kaam karna kehte hain aapne jo FIR ki hogi wo 376(2)(n) ke antergat hui hogi iss dhara me FIR quash nahi hogi us ladke par case chalega ye galat kaam karne ki shreni me aata hai aur agar iss dhara me case nahi darj hua hai to aap iss dhara ko court me aavedan de kar judwayiye

phele apko bail ene ki jarurat hai anticipatory uske bad trail me case ko chala ke case Khatam Kara sklte hai quash high court me liya jata hai ye matter phele district se bail lena hoga fir agar nahi hota toh high court me ayega

FIR quashing itni aasani se nahin hogi aap highcourt mein aapatti kar sakte hain usne aapke sath shaadi ka bolkar jhansa dekar physical sambandh banaye h. 99% ke samay FIR quasging nahin Hoti h. agar aapke pass evidence hai to fir quash hone ki sambhavna bahut kam hai
