Mental torture from ex boyfriend

I was in love (ldr) with him 4 years back. It was all good at that stage then slowly he started holding me up for going trips and outing with my friends, which it turned out to be he started stalking me using my surrounding friends calling them in video calls threatenung them that he will do hand cut if they are not showing me in video without my knowledge. He started talking to my friends emotionally so that everyone will say the he is a good man all such useless stuffs. These all started @2019 September. I broke up with him completely on February 2021 but even then he used my friends for stalking on me. Still now he mentally tortures me keep on texting me, calling me, he comes and stand near my house and threats me that he will say everything to my parents. I have many call recordings of his threatenings. Im a abroad student i dont want to have a complaint resigesterd. Is there any way that i can stop him from my life. Waiting for a advice Thank you in advance

If you do not want to lodge any complaint there is only one way that is inform his parents and request them to provide advice to their son. You inform them that you have recordings of his threatenings and that if he continues to torture you then you will lodge police complaint.

you can file a civil case not to distrub personal life and not to disturb any in any manner regarding your personal life by your boyfriend in the scene of love affair so if you approach the court you can mention what are the things happen and now what is the position and it is defeated your file in the court in future it will be useful for you and the court will also one that boyfriend and also cause the order not to interfere in your life

If you have proofs to substantiate your allegations against him then you may very well file a complaint against him in the nearest police station. If police doesn't take action then you may approach superintendent of police. If he too doesn't take action then you may file a complaint before magistrate.
