One of the lady & his family mentally harassing to me my family especially to my old age mother

If you people are harassed by the lady and her family then you may very well file a criminal complaint before the nearest police station along with a copy of it to the concerned DCP or SP. If police don't take action then you may file complaint before the magistrate.

Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint against that Lady in Police Station and by doing so, at least, you can get a Preliminary Enquiry initiated against her, although FR will not be lodged against her for doing mere mental harrasment. But, Police can give her warning legally to stop mentally harrassing your mother. You can also file a Civil Case against that lady under the Law of Torts to seek Damages for the mental harrassment she is causing, which will ultimately restrain her from harassing your mother, once Court will order her to pay huge amount of compensation or damages to your Mother for mentally harrassing her.
