Mental harassment and physical use

I have been in relationship since 10 yrs. Now after 10 yrs of relationship the boy is denying for marriage. He had physical relationship with me. Now in order to back off completely he has blocked my number everywhere so that I cannot contact him. All this situation has impacted my mental health as well. What can be done in this situation?

If the Boy had promised you to marry and relying on his promise, you had engaged in sex with him, then you can file a Rape Case against that Boy. However, if there was no such promise made by him or you will not be able to prove his promise, then he will go scot free.

Sorry to know about your situation. In these circumstances you may file a criminal complaint against him at a nearest police station. The complaint needs to be properly drafted to make out a case of 420 and 376 IPC, you got to take help of a criminal side advocate.
