Dear sir,mam, Can mlc test be done after 1 week of fir of attack by anyone? Fir done on 8/12/23 but mlc test not done by police.

Yes if the court directs then it MLC can be done after that also ,it seems that police deliberately does not want to get it done , to save the culprits .You can get it done by the high court ot can direct the police authorities.

It is your duty to go for MLC and police will be informed from the hospital to collect those reports. This is a big procedural mistake from your end and you may face serious consequences of the same. For further guidance in your matter please visit my office by taking a prior appointment.

if MLC not done by police and you have injury then you took some medical treatment those paper you can be file in court and information. the higher officer along with the all medical paper copy , even if police did not make the part of charge sheet you can inform to court also
