Matter of 498A case file by brother in law's wife

My brother in law's wife filed case in bareilly against her husband,father in law,mother in law,brother in law and relatives in which i am also involved but i live in delhi. difference between bareilly and delhi is about 250 km. so, in this situation,the case will also run on me?

hello client hru.as I have read Ur issue Ur right the case will run on you also as per fir is concerned and as per latest supreme court judgement you should also get procuted in this case but there is a way that u can escape from this problem tht is to get discharge from high court.tht is the only remedy

if non bailable warrants has been already issued then in the case of 498 a all the members of family which are involved the accused of victim so it may be possible that case has been filed against you in Delhi to you should have been applied for bail has been passed by Court against you
