you should call the lawyer instead of writing here it will be better for understanding. otherwise as per the query , 30 days will take in case of notice and fee differ from lawyer to lawyer not fixed and documents are adhar , passport size photo, residence certificate,10 certificate of both parties and 2 witnesses with id cards



Q: Regarding filing divorce and alimony and maintenance from my husband

I have been married for six months now. My in-laws have been coercing me to work as they are in a lot of debt which they failed to mention prior marriage. Also, my parents gave dowry at the time of marriage. On what grounds can I file a divorce? Also, am I elligible for the alimony as my family spent quite a lot on the marriage and I am not the only child.I belong to a sikh family.

one of my freind is married to a Christian women and the marriage was done in a banquet without any cathalic rituals and the marriage is not even registered. can he file for a divorce as now his wife is a UK citizen

hello if there is no registration of marriage then it's not an issue you need other evidences photos any documentary evidence that your marriage has been consolidated don't be stressed out that your marriage is not register so you cannot file for divorce
