26 yrs guy ensured me (36 yrs) to get married in 2019, after 2 yrs he ditched me saying mom is not ready.
He has given his commitment, assurance and trust statements while he wanted to make me use physically and emotionally.
he has damaged me emotionally, mentally, physically, financially and rest of the whole life.
i wont be able to settle now as my age passed for marriage. i have no parents no family support too.
Sorry to know about your situation. Do you want to take a legal action against the person who deceived you. if you wish so then you need to properly draft a complaint with the help. of an. advocate and file it at the police station.

Hi, you have two options. one; you can still convince him with warning of filing police complaint for cheating and rape on the pretext of promise. SC has clearly delivered a judgement on this point of Rape on the pretext of marriage. Second opinion; you can face his parents by informing them about what their son has done with you. First option is legal remedy for you.
