Hi i have someone who took money from me and told me he can clear my Bangalore university certificate and then after he didn't do it and i changed my mind he refusing to give me the money back he have a network with people inside the university and he is scamming many other foreign students specially who left india during COVID he arab holds indian passport
i have WhatsApp conversations with him voice records and witnes And western union transactions under his name the amount paid is 110,000 INR
