If you were in a physical relationship with your friend out of the pretext of a marriage then it amounts to an offense if he doesn't agree for marriage. You may file a written complaint detailing the details to a nearest police station. It is advisable to take help of a counsel in drafting the complaint so as to make out the essential ingredients of offence.

Well, if he had promised to marry you and relying on that sole promise, you surrendered yourself to get physically engaged with her, then, you can file a case of Rape against that Boy who played with your emotions and tarnished your image in society by doing such act.
