Looking for bail on what Ground

Sir my father running small business in Delhi and one of the female worker who is working from last 6-7 yrs was extortion money from to my father. This thing start happening from last June 20 she was threating to my father if my father will not pay money then she will file sexual harresment. One more girl joined with her with two men and they call my father that they are calling from some NGO and ask my father to come at NGO as my father was 64 years and got scared so my father gave 1.5 lakh for this settlement. We have video and stamp paper signed by that girl and video recording where she is saying she will not charge any false allegations now as per her everything is settled down. This all was done on 1July20. After this she again demanding money so my father told us so we filled a complaint at police station on 5 sep20 where two NGO member gave us 50k on the same day and IO give 1 week time to that girl to pay rest of the money But on 10thsep that girl file a rape case against my
