In P2P, these days people usually share their id proofs as well whether it is Binance Or Bybit Or any other app. The USDT amount was 63k and lien amount is 58k not 63k which means most likely you have no idea who the actual victim is. Now the guy who cheated you both will be out of Police reach. The Police has sufficient evidence of transaction and a story that you and the fraudster are friends/partners. They have the power to arrest and prosecute you. Now the solution. 1. Proving your innocence is more expensive. Hire a lawyer to file a petition for the unlien. If we file this , the police in thier response will say to the court that you are a suspect and the investigation is still going on so can't unlien it .After this they will scare you of arrest then your lawyer will file an anticipatory bail. The lawyer fee , bail deposit amount and the other fee will easily cross 1Lakh. By the time your innocence is proved in the Court the fee would increase to 1. 5L to 2L 2. Payback the amount to the victim and free yourself. Your Choice.
