You don't need to worry. There are many judgements on this aspect and you will get relief from the court. Please make sure you do inform the government agencies of the pending criminal case and give it's details. Please do not hide the details as it will go against you. If you qualify, there is no way they can reject your appointment.

Firstly as far as your govt. Job is concerned, you can get that job subject to the fact that you get discharged from the accusations.

Aapke case ke documents padhkr hi isme kuch achi trah bataya ja sakta hai. Aisa nhi hai aapko govt. Job nhi mil skti.
Mil skti hai lekim uske liye phle aapke case ke documents dekhne padenge.

Jab tak wo nhi dekhenge kuch bhi kehnanmushkil hai

Baaki aise cases mn bachaya ja skta hai or maine apne kaafi clients ko bachaya bhi hai

Hi, If the case against you is a Civil case then you will not have any issue during your joining of the job. If the case is a Criminal case then at the time of joining of the Govt. job you will have to give an Undertaking stating that a case there against your name with details.But if there is a conviction against you then you may have to face a departmental enquiry.
